12 Rare Sterling Silver Frank W Smith Newport Shell aka Puritan Forks
Presented is a rare set of 12 sterling silver dessert, pastry or fish forks made by the Frank W. Smith Silver Company and retailed by J.E. Caldwell & Company. This set is in the Newport Shell aka Puritan pattern, which was patented in 1910. Each handle has a beaded edge and a shell accent at the tip. Each fork is engraved with a monogram of the initials CB.
The back of each fork is marked with the Frank W. Smith Silver Company hallmark, sterling and JE Caldwell & CO.
This set is in excellent overall condition. There are no damages and no repairs.
Each fork measures 6 3/4 inches long.
