TireSeal 360 is suitable for any serviceable pneumatic tire. TireSeal 360 will seal leaks caused by tire porosity and seal most holes caused by puncturing objects up to 6mm in tubeless tires (3mm in tube type tires), which appear in the tread area as the vehicle is being driven. TireSeal 360 provides value by helping stabilize tire pressure, also reducing tire wear through better heat dissipation and reducing the down time, cost and inconvenience of most flat tires.
(Tires driven flat any distance require inspection and repaired by a tire technician before use of this product.)
Q. What is it made of?
A: The 360* TIRESEAL is a Professional Tire Sealant that consists of a proprietary formulation of natural rubber and a non-toxic liquid solution. It does not harm the environment and can be used on any pneumatic tire and on tube type or tubeless type tires.
Q. Can I safely use it on any vehicle?
A: 360* TIRESEAL will not affect your wheel balancing, vehicle performance or create any safety issues.
Q. How much weight does 360* TIRESEAL add?
A: Most other products are water based adding more weight to your wheels. Because 360* TIRESEAL is a rubber based product we only require a small amount of sealant to safely seal your tire. Most Motor Vehicles only require 3.5 fl. oz.
Q. Will 360* TIRESEAL affect my Wheel Balancing, or damage my tire or rim?
A: No. The product hydrodynamically balances the tire with centrifugal force, meaning it radiates away from the center. The product can be easily removed without any mess and is suitable for most rims except those modified with copper or brass.
Q. Will 360* TIRESEAL work with my Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems?
A: When properly installed, 360* TIRESEAL does not alter the function of most TPMS systems. Both wheel mounted and valve-stem mounted TPMS systems are compatible with the 360* TIRESEAL sealant. However it is best to check with your manufacturer first as in some cases manufactures do not allow sealants, this may void your TPMS warranty.
Q. How far can I drive if I get a puncture?
A: 360* TIRESEAL makes use of road & tire friction to seal punctures while the vehicle is in motion. The 360* TIRESEAL sealant permanently seals holes made by puncturing objects up to 6mm diameter in tubeless tires and holes made by puncturing objects up to 3mm diameter in tube tires. Holes made by larger objects may not be completely sealed and should be seen to by a tire professional. Should a puncturing object be removed while the vehicle is stationary the tire may lose pressure until the vehicle is in motion. For best results drive/ride the vehicle 1-2 miles to ensure the leak is effectively sealed.
Q. How does 360* TIRESEAL improve my tire's life and save me money?
A: The 360* TIRESEAL sealant extends tire life by reducing operating temperatures and by reducing the likelihood of uneven or accelerated wear due to low tire pressure. According to the latest research by the Tire Maintenance Council, a tire under-inflated by as little as 10%, will have its tread life reduced by up to 15%. This works out to per 0 cost on a tire.
Q. Does 360* TIRESEAL separate in the container or tire?
A: Because of it's light consistency 360* TIRESEAL could separate when stored in its original container for long periods. However give it a good shake and you are ready to install. 360* TIRESEAL also has a shelf life of 5 Years.
Q. If my tires have been treated with another product, can I still apply 360* TIRESEAL in the tires?
A: NO. It is advised not to add to existing products. Excessive amounts of sealant will be detrimental to the balance of the tires. It is recommended to remove the tire from the rim, hose out the inside of the tire, and wipe dry with a cloth before applying 360* TIRESEAL.
Q. How much 360* TIRESEAL will my tire need& how do I install it?
A: Each Bottle of 360* TIRESEAL will have the detailed installation instructions as well as the recommended dose for your tires. Do not exceed the dose for road vehicles. Typically, the minimum recommended dose per tire is as follows; Bicycle 1.5 oz, front wheel Motorcycle 2.5 oz and rear tire 4.0 oz,
Quad & Golf cart tires 8.5 oz , Average car 3.5 oz,
SUV or 4x4 8.0 oz. and large truck tires 16.9 oz.
