    Rugged steel mounting plate provides the extra strength needed to insure safety.  Four mounting holes are provided. A 3/8" hot rolled steel ring, butt welded to prevent separation. Ties are hinged beneath the heavily welded support loop.  Pair of two 1" diameter steel rings allows use of almost any type of tie rope.
