This lot contains 4 New York Times Late City Editions of the assassination of President JF Kennedy.  They are dated November 23 - 26 1963.   All the papers have yellowing color from age.  These papers do have wear, some have tears on the edges and folds.  The November 26th edition has tears below the fold line on the main page.  This edition is in the poorest condition.  To the best of my knowledge, there are no missing pages.
These cover the day of the assassination and the events that unfolded the days after Kennedy"s death.
November 23rd edition has 60 pages.  There is a small tear on the fold line just under President Kennedy's picture and normal wear on the edges.
November 24th edition does not show a section 2.  I do not know if this was ommited on purpose.  The main page has a note under Sections Of Today's Paper that reads "This main section consists of one part only.   Out of respect for the memory of President Kennedy, advertisers have curtailed their notices."  Sections 3 and 4 are there.
November 25th edition has 40 pages.  This paper has normal wear on edges and fold line.
November 26th edition has 76 pages.  This is the largest one and does have rips below the fold line on the main page.
There is so much history in these paper's it's difficult to share with only 12 photo's to see.
