RARE! Vintage White Milk Glass Vase Pedestal Swung Hobnail 19.5” Extra Large. Condition is "Used".

Item was only displayed behind glass by us but may have been used by a previous owner which is why I listed as used
Inside of the vase has some “dirt” dust, and what appears as possible rust. I didn’t attempt to clean it out but most appears as though it will scrub out.
No chips or cracks noted
There may be some slight scratches, discoloration, or marks
