Items are shipped directly from manufacturer or distributor locations.
If an item arrives damaged, Please refuse and
do not accept it
. Trucking service will make note of it on Bill of Lading and return back to shipper.
Customer will be responsible for all return freight claims if they accept shipment, remember to check all shipment(s) before signing for them.

Returns

Returns will be accepted if item is brand new with original packaging.
Returns must be acknowledged first by e-mail and approved by JRS Equipment.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted.
Return items must ship back to original shipper with prepaid freight.
