This Owl can be added to any milk glass collection or can be used as a toothpick holder.

Previously owned used vintage item.  Good condition.  No chips.  No cracks. Marks/scuffs/blemishes on the bottom of the base.  As with all used items, there are noticeable marks/scuffs/blemishes and fine surface scratches.  Pictures are of the actual item.  Color in pictures may vary due to lighting, camera, camera flash, and your monitor settings.
