Whiting Sterling LOUIS XV (1891) BERRY / SALAD SERVING SPOON-8 5/8 Inch-Mono

Description

For sale is a salad or berry serving spoon in the LOUIS XV pattern by Whiting, introduced in 1891.  The spoon is 8 5/8 inches long and weighs 87 grams. The piece is monogrammed “JEN” on the handle front.  The piece is marked with the Whiting trademark, "STERLING", "PAT. 1891" and “JAS. MIX”.
Condition on the fork is fairly good.  There are several faint spots in the bowl and normal wear from use.  A nice old serving piece!
